What to bring

First time guests, please allow 15 min to drop off your pet(s), including filling out a one page informational form that includes your contact information, feeding instructions, medication instructions as needed, contact information for your vet, and anything else I should know about your pet such as personality, socialization skills, and behavior/training skills.

What to Bring: 

1. contact information of someone who can pick up your pet(s) should the need arise such as unexpected kennel closure

2. your pet's current health certificate or vaccination record

• Dogs: Rabies (1 or 3 yr),  Parvovirus (CPV-2),  Distemper (CDV) ,  Bordetella (intranasal)
• Cats: Rabies (1 or 3 yr), FVRCP (indoor 3 yr, outdoor 1 yr), FELV (optional)

3. your pet's food (pre-packaged is helpful, yet not required)

4. your pet's medication, if any

5. pet (dog or cat) must be on a leash or in a carrier

6. optionally, your pet's favorite toy and bedding
